They are spread across that community, versus in the tenderloin, a much denser population or in mission where you have what this does, what this represents as a clustering of incidents so we map each incident and so you will see a concentration and in more dense areas then you went in a less dense area, so i think that would account for why you are not seeing as much red highlights there.
