We have breaking news out of oakland this morning, one person has died in a house fire. Now, firefighters responded to an alarm around midnight at 103rd avenue and 4th streets. Smoke was coming from the second story of the home when they arrived. One person was taken out of the house and pronounced dead at the scene. Right now the cause is under investigation.
