The city of Los Altos joined forces with the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce and the Los Altos Village Association to sponsor a new holiday program, Trim a Tree @ Los Altos, encouraging businesses, community organizations and residents to adopt and decorate Christmas trees. The program placed 61 trees throughout three Los Altos business districts: downtown, Rancho Shopping Center and Loyola Corners. Each tree includes an ornament listing the adopter, event sponsors and a QR code to the Trim a Tree @ Los Altos map, marking each holiday tree’s location. ....
