Caldwell County School Board Chairman Tim Kennaday and Heath Cartwright Wednesday marks the final day for Caldwell County Public Schools Interim Superintendent Heath Cartwright, as he re-enters the retirement world. Cartwright took over the district on September 1, 2020, following the retirement of Nate Huggins. Before accepting the position, Cartwright retired in 2019 from the McCracken County Public School district.
