Author: Kris Laudien, Diane Sandberg (KARE11) Published: 4:57 AM CDT May 7, 2021 Updated: 9:42 AM CDT May 7, 2021 MINNEAPOLIS Once upon a time, we all had to dig in the dirt to get food on our plate.
