Police say this man right here caught in the act on a surveillance camera walked in and stole a persons laptop. Whereas stealing a laptop unfortunately is not new. What is unique is some of the other crimes the suspect is accused of. Police say, the suspect shown here, also walked into a business on euclid aveneue and grabbed a big tip jar. He did the same thing at another business on euclid the next day. All of these crimes have happened in the last month. Police have described the suspect at an african ameriaan, 3540 5 7 to 510, black hair receidng with hair pulled back into a pontail tail and wearing dark frame glasses. Walnut creek this morning. We are looking at another cooler day today. We started the last hour of what was reported to be a minor accident. According to chp there were two separate minor accidents. It took them a while to clear and it has backed up traffic beyond the split. This is closer to carlos some boulevard. The drive time was just 15 to 20 minutes is now clot that 17 minutes. It is now coming in at 25 minutes. San palo alto is already jammed up. It is a 25 minutes commute time and that is what you can expect during the peak of the commute. Police in San Francisco are investigating what led to a collision that killed a pedestrian in a wheelchair this morning.
