They say he was inspired by isis and was hatching a plot to explode bombs in College Cafeterias. In this case the suspect was already on authorities radar. Reporter federal officials in boston announced the arrest of 23yearold alexander ciccolo, the son of Boston Police captain robert ciccolo. A Police Source told nbc news captain ciccolo reported his son to the fbi after learning he was allegedly plotting an isisinspired attack.
