趁疫情大砍薪資15％？醫怒釀離職潮 部立基隆醫院回應了 - 生活

有醫師日前怒批，醫護為醫院與病人竭盡全力，沒有任何獎勵也就算了，還在醫護薪資上動手腳，變相拿走衛福部給予的津貼，也說薪水大砍15％非同小可，意即每月將減少超過5萬元收入，且還不是暫時性的扣薪，讓不少醫護感到心寒，四處申訴卻無下文。
有醫師透露，部基病患因醫療器材老舊、內外科收治病人少，財務狀況著實吃緊，即使有領中央補助仍相當緊繃，也要自籌願員工退休金，推測是因種種財務問題，才將歪腦筋動到醫師薪水上頭。
對此，衛福部立基隆醫院副院長羅景全解釋，醫師薪水分為本薪與獎勵金，疫情期間會有額外津貼，構成薪水的第3個部分。他坦言，疫情發生將近2年時間，醫院營收一直受到影響，因此醫師的獎勵金會有所減少，但在醫生薪水和政府防疫津貼絕無虧待。
