with assaulting son
JERSEY SHORE Tiadaghton Valley Regional police are investigating a report of a father assaulting his son.
Daniel Fox, 33, of 409 Baer St., allegedly punched his son in the face, threw him onto the ground and repeatedly hit him, according to police.
The incident took place at a Maple Street house where Fox was picking up his son. One of the residents of the home allegedly broke up the fight, police said.
The son was taken to Geisinger Hospital in Jersey Shore for treatment of a laceration to the right ear that required stitches, as well as a right orbital fracture and multiple contusions. ....

Drug possession in garage
JERSEY SHORE Travis Nichols, 36, of 314 Oak St., Jersey Shore allegedly had crystal meth and marijuana in the garage behind his home when Tiadaghton Valley Police searched it Jan. 19.
Justin Segura, a Tiadaghton Valley Police Officer, said police investigated the area after receiving calls about a woman allegedly banging on the garage doors and yelling about a man having meth and “doing stuff” in the garage.
The man, Nichols, allegedly denied having drugs in the garage, called the situation “bull (expletive) and crazy” and walked out of the garage.
“Based off my training and experience, I have learned that people tend to separate themselves from the narcotics, which I believe that this is what Travis was doing,” Segura wrote. ....

Drug possession
JERSEY SHORE A drug possession charge was filed through Clinton County probation against a 17-year-old Jersey Shore man on Dec. 21, state police at Lamar said.
The teenager was found in a parked 2019 Subaru Forester with marijuana and a smoking pipe at the intersection of Take a Peak Road and Henry Street in Pine Creek Township, police said.

JERSEY SHORE Cadence Coleman, 25, of 208 Stover St., Jersey Shore, allegedly had bath salts, marijuana and LSD in her home when Tiadaghton Valley Police knocked on her door in response to noise complaints.
Coleman was allegedly playing loud rap music that could be heard halfway down her block the night of Oct. 3, Cody Smith, an officer with the Tiadaghton Valley Police Department said. ....
