Howe Institute, announces the re-appointment of Thorsten Koeppl as a Fellow-in-Residence. “Thor is a respected source of insights on central banking, financial services, and payments system issues,” said Robson. “We are delighted to continue our fruitful association with him.” Professor Koeppl is Professor and RBC Fellow in the Department of Economics at Queen’s University and Scholar in Financial Services and Monetary Policy at the Institute. He has degrees in management and in economics from the Universities of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt and Basel, and received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Minnesota in 2002.
