FOWLER — Gouverneur firefighters on Monday night responded to a house fire where the occupants tried to put out the blaze themselves before a neighbor called 911.
GOUVERNEUR — A fire damaged a home on Saturday night, but the Gouverneur fire chief says a quick response from firefighters limited it to one area of the building.
