Steve Harrowing,33, an ex-Royal Marine, from Lynn, has joined the group, made up of ex-forces personnel as a safe space to talk about mental health. Steve spoke to the Lynn News about why gaming can be helpful for those suffering from isolation and what mental health means to him.
