Tonight a Clermont County student is speaking out supporting her teacher who is accused of slapping another student in the classroom while trying to break up an argument. 9 on your sides ashley zilka is live at live oaks and tells us why the student says the ordeal has been blown out of proportion. The slapping happened here at live oaks last thursday. The teacher in question is on paid administrative leave while an investigation takes place. But i spoke to one student who says her teacher did nothing wrong. The incident occured when two girls got into an argument in a cosmetology classroom. The teacher stepped in to break it up and thats when the alleged slapping occurred.
