Terlingua Perv Sentenced to Decades in Prison MIDLAND,TX – A Terlingua man has been sentenced for 40 years in prison for running a website that shared stories depicting sexual abuse of children. Thomas Alan Arthur, 65, appeared before a Midland judge on Tuesday and was sentenced to serve 40 years in prison. The website Arthur was operating, Mr. Double, contained stories about children, infants, and toddlers being tortured, raped, and murdered. Arthur oversaw submitted stories and approved them to the site. Some of the stories had drawings of children engaged in sexual activity. This website was Arthur’s only income for 20 years until the FBI executed a search warrant of his home.
