North Devon Show will not be going ahead for 2021 - Credit: Archant It is with great disappointment that the directors of the North Devon Show have announced that this year’s event will not take place. Quoting ‘too many uncertainties’ and a ‘lack of clear guidelines’ the decision was reached on a majority vote at last Thursday’s meeting. Show Secretary, Theresa Soanes said: “I’m devastated, as are many others, but despite more positive news recently the pandemic throws up too many conundrums for us to be able to guarantee the safety of the public, and that must always be our number one concern.” ....
