Returning: Superwog | TV Tonight


Season 2 of hit comedy series
Superwog begins in June, with all episodes available to binge on ABC iview ahead of its weekly broadcast.
Created by and starring brothers Theodore and Nathan Saidden, the new series dives into
Superwog and his Dad’s misadventures as they again chase their passions, test their friendships, fight with relatives and butt heads with authorities.
Filming took place in Melbourne late last year.
The six-part series follows a highly dysfunctional family tackling life in Australian suburbia, often head on.
Superwog (Theodore Saidden) and Johnny (Nathan Saidden) are best friends and newly minted adults who still fight with their parents and watch too much TV. But now they’re also taking their driving tests, romancing cheerleaders and trying to stay one step ahead of the law. ....

Superwog is due on ABC later this year, and ABC is certainly excited about how Theodore Saidden and Nathan Saidden are developing as a comedy duo.
“The Saidden Brothers are evolving into really great narrative comedy writers and directors. They kind of do everything,” said Sally Riley, ABC Head of Scripted Production.
“Their first season on their YouTube channel has up to 23 million views and ticking over still. We’re hoping to gather some of those people to the ABC.
