Moment. but first, we want to catch you up on some other stories that are making news this hour. a violent, deadly weekend in juarez, mexico. the latest, three people shot to death while leaving a children s party. two of them americans. the victims either worked for the u.s. consulate or their spouses did. the white house quickly condemned the killings and vowed to bring the killers to justice. the state department also sent out an advisory to u.s. consulate workers in mexico to temporarily send their families out of the country as a precaution. and it said americans traveling to mexico should exercise extreme care and avoid places where drugs or prostitution are likely. in addition to these killings, 25 more victims surfaced in western mexico yesterday. the bodies of nine civilians and five police officers were found across parts of acapulco. and a shootout with federal agents trying to carry out search warrants resulted in ten more deaths in another town. the video of the runaway ....

Minutes i was really i was really worried about it because i knew just two or three miles ahead there was a major decline i mean the hills would resolve downhill and i was just about out of brakes as the highway patrol car was alongside of me my brakes were just about finished. i did hear metal burning and i knew if we didn t stop right then, i didn t think there was much chance. what are you asking for from toyota? any chance of a lawsuit? what would convince to you get back into another toyota prius? i ve had so much so many phone calls from media and a few of them have asked that, and i have no intention i m alive, okay. this happened to me. it shouldn t have happened to me. it could never have happened to me, is what i would have thought, but i don t have any intentions of suing them. ....

I m alive. i m very happy with that reward, so i m not here for anything n monetary. obviously i m out a vehicle. so i have into intention of doing anything against toyota. i do feel that something needs to be done or this is going to continue to happen. i think every few days you have a chance of seeing a prius or a lexus or whatever is involved having this type of problem and there was a case, i believe in texas, kevin haggerty, which had a couple of attorneys called me about and that case, i guess, was very similar to mine. that gentleman even took his vehicle into the dealership in acceleration mode while he was using the transmission to get to the dealership and they could hear it. they shut the car off, then they restarted the car and put it on their testing machine and it showed no error, that there was no problem. so i don t see how they re going to find the problem. ....
