Opening Weekend for Comfort Food Filled Food Truck in Medford Ever heard of a sloppy grilled cheese? Yeah, me either until I came across The Lunch Box MN Facebook page. The opening weekend hours are Friday, April 16th from 4:00 - 7:00 pm and Saturday, April 17th from 9:00- 1:00 pm. This weekend the food truck will be parked at Anhorn s Gas and Tire in Medford. Besides their brand new menu item, the sloppy grilled cheese, they make many other filling, comfort items. I ve got my eye on the Taco Dog. If the menu isn t enticing enough, check out this classic chili cheese dog. It s making my mouth water at 6:50 a.m! ....
