The Constitution of India has kept the country together despite any shortcomings it may have, Senior Advocate and eminent jurist Fali Nariman said on Friday.
His response came to a question from the audience on whether the citizens have given themselves too many rights because courts are “choked” and the “future of deciding those rights is now uncertain”.
Senior Advocate Fali Nariman and journalist and Chief Editor of The Print Shekhar Gupta will be in discussion with Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy's Arghya Sengupta on his recent book 'The Colonial Constitution'.
