What is their biggest worry? they will indeed, erin. their biggest worry is the 4,000 homes in this area that have been flooded by the waters by these two major reservoirs in west houston. we are standing at the top of this dam. and if you look over here, this is the reservoir. look at all of this water. it is exceptionally high because of the incredible amount of rain. so to prevent that water from flowing over its banks and resulting in more catastrophic flooding, they have had to do a controlled release. you can see the gates of the reservoir right there. those gates have been opened for the past several days. if you look over here, down there, all of that gushing water, that is that controlled release going out into the open area. back there is i-10. that will flood into the bayou. and we spoke with a meteorologist from here in ....
