마약 밀반입에 투약까지.법원, 불법 체류 태국인에 징역형

시계 상자 등에 숨겨 필로폰을 밀반입하고 일부를 투약한 불법 체류 태국인에게 징역형이 선고됐다.
의정부지법 형사합의13부(정선규 부장판사)는 특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한법률과 마약류관리법 위반 혐의로 기소된 태국인 A씨에게 징역 7년을 선고했다고 11일 밝혔다.
불법 체류자인 A씨는 지난 2월 두 차례에 걸쳐 국제우편을 이용해 필로폰 880ｇ과 60ｇ을 밀반입한 혐의다. 경기 포천시내 자신의 집에서 필로폰을 투약한 혐의도 받고 있다.
A씨는 필로폰을 소량으로 나눠 약초 주머니와 함께 포장하거나 손목시계 상자에 넣은 뒤 국제우편으로 몰래 들여왔다. 그는 의심을 피하기 위해 과거 일했던 직장이나 엉뚱한 주소로 우편물을 도착하게 한 뒤 찾아온 것� ....
