Since her
WandaVision casting was announced, Kathryn Hahn and her character Agnes have been the subjects of much scrutiny among comic fans, MCU fans, and even those coming into the show from outside the core fandom. The mountain of speculation has only grown taller and more flame-infused with each episode, but with the showâs end in sight, viewers still have no concrete proof whether Agnes is indeed one of Marvelâs magically dark characters, namely Agatha Harkness, or just another one of the many Westview citizens under Wandaâs Hex spell.
WandaVision showrunner Jac Schaeffer and the rest of the showâs creative team â Hahn definitely included â have done a fantastic job making Agnes tiptoe the line between a stereotypically overzealous neighbor and a nefarious force projecting a false front to fool Westviewâs resident Avengers. We ve heard that this Friday s episode of
WandaVision will shake things up for the Disney+ series in a big way, and Marvel Studios has now shared a promo to give fans some idea of what to expect.
Though there doesn t appear to be much in the way of footage we haven t seen already in previous trailers/TV spots (maybe one brief shot of S.W.O.R.D. Agents right at the end?), the teaser makes it clear that this fourth episode will see a major perspective shift.
