(CNSNews.com) - The office of U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas Ryan K. Patrick published a release on January 27 stating that a Mexican national “has been charged with making false statements in an application for a U.S. passport and theft of Social Security benefits.”
The release states that the Mexican national “used the identity of an American citizen for more than two decades.”
According to the release, the Mexican national “had previously been deported in 1975.”
It goes on to say that he “submitted a renewal application for a U.S. passport by representing himself as a U.S. citizen from Texas. ....
