A former chief executive of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, which manages most of the state s power grid, is rejoining the agency as it tries to restore its reputation after one of the state s worst weather disasters.
Bob Kahn, who has been selected to serve on the council s board, said his goal is to ask questions about the widespread power outages that crippled Texas in February during a record-setting freeze across the state.
