Mac Jones Develops Friendship With Cancer Patient
The tradition of Alabama QB s going the extra mile to help out those in need has continued.
Mac Jones has developed a close friend of his own in recent weeks, with 13-year-old Tervelle “Xavier” Lee Jr.
Jones shared a heartfelt video on Twitter, detailing the story of how he met Zay.
Lee is battling Pleomorphic Sarcoma, a form of muscular cancer.
According to Rick Karle of WVTM 13 Birmingham, Lee has been at the USA Children s & Women s Hospital in Mobile for the last 45 days.

The two met during the Senior Bowl, where Jones promised to give Lee a pair of white Gucci slides ....
