This comes after attendance at the San Diego Park dropped and seaworld faced animal cruelty claims, after the 2013 documentary blackfish, aired. At an investor conference, seaworld announceceit will phase out the shows by t t end of 2016. And it will debut a new orca experience with a strong conservation message in 2017.
