华龙网-新重庆客户端7月20日9时50分讯（吴礼霜首席记者王玮）昨（19）日，重庆市因公出访管理新系统上线启动仪式在渝举行。据了解，该系统能够实现因公出国（境）审批、护照、签证“一站式”办理，大大缩短了出国（境）办理流程。
据市政府外办出国（境）管理处副处长潘世杰介绍，该系统整合了审批、护照、签证三个流程，简化了办理流程，实现了申请人少跑路，同时还减少了三个环节重复提供纸质材料的时间。“过去，三个环节独立办件，办理专员至少要跑6趟，现在拉通三个环节，专员只需要跑一趟就能完成办理。另外，目前80%的书面申请材料都实现了电子化，办理流程更为便捷。”潘世杰说。
“我记得以前最多的一次我跑了10多趟，但现在系统上线后，一趟就可以完成� ....

重庆市因公出访管理新系统正式上线一站办理审批、护照、签证-重庆搜狐焦点

据介绍，自2021年1月4日该系统试运行以来，极大方便了群众办事。市政府外办打造外事综合服务平台，实现“一网通办”，提升外事服务水平。
为落实“我为群众办实事”，重庆市外办立足于平台化建设，将原有分散的因公出国（境）、领事认证、APEC商务旅行卡等外事服务工作集中到外事服务大厅，在确保信息安全的前提下，横跨电子护照专网、内网、因特网，覆盖手机移动端的实现多网融合，一网通办。
市政府外办出国（境）管理处副处长潘世杰介绍，该系统聚焦于解决群众办事的痛点、难点，改变过去办理过程中，纸质申请材料需要送到窗口，文件有误需反复修改、反复送件；身份证等信息必须每次提供纸质申请材料；批件只提供纸质件，申请单位必须到窗口领取等诸多不便。
