approved the outline of a deal to secure the release of some hostages captured by hamas. we just found out qatar had announced the agreement between israel and i moss and includes a pause in fighting with the release of 50 women and children. the deal was signed off by the israeli cabinet just a few hours ago that there is still a 24-hour period in which the families of israeli victims of hamas could appeal to the supreme court. nbc s clare symonds is in israel with more. reporter: tonight, after 45 days, held by hamas, some hostages inside gaza have finally come home. a tense israeli cabinet meeting sighting off on the framework of a deal, which multiple sources, including a senior u.s. official tell msnbc news, reversing hamas, releasing 50 of the estimated more than 230 hostages held captive in gaza. the released hostages will be women and children only, and freed during a four-day pause, they say. and return, israel would release 150 palestinian women and children ....
