Though several hundred people applied last year to get on a waitlist, so far only six of the eight designated affordable units at Beekman on Broadway Apartments are leased. That means people still can apply for the last two spots, said Teresa Gillotti, director of the Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development. ....
