A couple in Malaysia has devised a way to negotiate past the COVID-19 pandemic as they staged a 10,000 people wedding ceremony that complied with health and safety recommendations.

The pair identified as Tengku Muhammed Hafiz and Oceane Alagia held a drive-thru wedding on Sunday.
In the drive-through event, which became popular among showbusiness personalities after the pandemic forced the cancellation of social functions in early 2020, attendees get to socialise at a distance without leaving their vehicles.
