His three-year term began January 1, 2021. Spooner is a seasoned healthcare administrator with decades of healthcare leadership experience and a strong background in strategic planning, quality improvement, clinical program development and growth, as well as patient, employee and physician engagement. I am honored to have been elected to serve on the IHA board, Spooner said. The events of 2020 have shown us in the healthcare industry the need to be resilient and foresightful.
