Lithuanian producer and DJ, Ten Walls, was dropped from six different music festivals after making a homophobic post on Facebook on June 3. The post, which has since been deleted, likened homosexuality to pedophilia and called LGBT people “people of a different breed.”
The DJ, whose real name is Marijus Adomaitis, was dropped from HARD Summer, Sónar, Creamfields, Pukkelpop, Osheaga, PITCH and Urban Art Forms Festival.
He was also dropped from his booking agency Coda Music. A spokeswoman from the agency confirmed that they no longer represent him: “Coda Music Agency condemns all forms of discrimination based on race, religion or sexual orientation. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and to represent a hugely diverse roster of artists. We no longer represent Ten Walls.”
