looking at everything to make sure we discover and determine what the motive of our homicides were. again, it s just very important to let you know that we are not done. in most cases of homicides we don t have a quick apprehension, there s usually a lengthy investigation especially when it involves multiple vehiclictims, we are working diligently to ascertain all the facts so we can have a successful prosecution, and that s what is most important now. i was hoping we would be able to release the names of the victims, but we are not able to do that at this time, and the reason is we need to make sure that we have a true verification of their identities and that we make the proper next of kin notification. again, i thought we were going to be able to do that, and out of respect of the lives of the families, we want to make sure that we do that privately before we release the names of our victim publicly. again, you know, we can have a couple questions, again, it s very importa

in in the middle night. when that vote-a-rama wraps up, the leader will offer what s called a manager s amendment, this skinny repeal. it s all being hashed out today. it s incredible after seven years we re going to come down to essentially 2 1/2 days of discussion on something that will lead to this repeal bill which will literally be just the elements that they think they can get 50 votes for. we re talking about, as kelly said, repeal of individual and employer mandates. there s no guarantee that even that can pass. a number of senators say they won t vote for repeal unless they know where they re going, unless we know what some kind of replacement looks like. and the risk you take to the individual market by pulling those mandates saying we ll hope for the best is not insubstantial. a lot will be hashed out here, most of it behind closed doors, ironically enough, despite the fact that there s tee bait on
after last night. is there a change at all in his focus today, because his role here has changed a little bit. reporter: because he wasn t the standout guy. that was what was interesting last night. this morning, everybody s talking about marco rubio, ted cruz and for a very different reason, jeb bush. yet donald trump still says, you heard him last night, hey, they all say we won the debate. that is debatable, let s say, but it does show how trump is just refusing to see himself as neg but a front-runner in the gop tee bait. he had some good moments, let s be clear. by many accounts his attack on john kasich with the lehman brothers issues will be seen as well received by conservative primary voters but at the same time, trump was sort of silent for long periods. he also, this is a debate focused on business and the economy which one would expect might be in the billionaire businessman s wheel house and we simply didn t see that much out of donald trump last night. that said, you kn
