The Kinloch fire department’s annual Fireman’s Carnival kicked off Monday and will run through Saturday in the Burrell Plaza parking lot. The carnival is open from 6 to 10 p.m, and includes about a dozen amusement rides. Ride-all-night wrist bands can be purchased for $20. The festival also features a
