Dr. Michael assistant professor of strategy at the United States air force eschool of graduate professional military education where he directs courses on air power, history and national strategy. He recently published an article, the tball solution evolution of bear combat technology in vietnam 196 to 1972. In the air power history journal and is currently writing a book that explores the relationship between pilot culture and the Technological Development of military aircraft. He earned his ph. D.
