They say that it happened around 11 00 and officers pursued a suspected stolen car into oakland before the driver crashed into a parked car on pro main street and then emerged with an assault rifle. That is when one of the officers opened fire, killing the suspect. The shooting scene is about a block away from where that crash happened.
