They are looking into whether an arsonist is to blame for a fire that came close to burning dozens of homes. People ran from those houses as flames quickly spread over 16 acres. Shorts say the fire is suspicious because it seems to have started in more than one place. Strong winds may be to maim for a roof collapse in foster city this morning.
