Alameda municipal power was expected to shut off power to 3200 customers there in the southwest end of the city, but now says the grid has stabilized and no further shut offs are expected at this time. Pg said it has stopped shutting off power and has started restoring power and just about 10 minutes ago the state agency lifted its stage 3 Emergency Declaration which ordered the rotating Power Outages in the first place is the first time the state of california has ordered rolling Power Outages since 2011.
