March 6, 2021 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, Penn State University will host its 11th annual TEDxPSU event, a virtual conference for students, faculty, and the community. This year, our conference theme “Time To Pause” reminds us to pause our bustling lives and reflect on new ideas, encourage new perspectives, and take a moment to appreciate the little things in life. With the pause of life that COVID-19 has brought, this theme feels more fitting than ever, and there’s never been a better time to sit back and challenge your mind.
Even though we can’t be together in Schwab Auditorium this year, you can attend our free conference at watch.psu.edu/TEDxPSU to listen to our engaging and exciting speakers. On February 13, we had the privilege to pre-record speakers in Schwab Auditorium and it was a success! Following COVID-19 precautions, some TEDxPSU team members were able to join and be present in Schwab auditorium as well. Additionally, we have two speakers who recorded remotely from
University Park, PA – Penn State University will host its 11th annual TEDxPSU conference, an engaging experience for students, faculty, and the community, on Sunday, March 6th, 2021 at 1pm. The conference will be held virtually, and the TEDxPSU team is working hard to bring Schwab Auditorium to the virtual stage. The event is free and open to the public. This year’s theme, “Time To Pause,” emphasizes that we as human beings are a busy species. TEDxPSU: Time to Pause is a space to pause our bustling lives and reflect on new ideas.
