Mayor freemanwilson you do hear that dichotomy between police and the community and the. Act there is a lack of trust but not everybody in the community feel that way about the lease. To the extent where we have different types of expectations, different types of relationships , that is why i really refer to Public Safety as community restoration, so that we can have a healthy dialogue about what it means to have police as a part of the community solution. The solution is about education, job opportunities, it is about neighborhood watch. And other clubs, other things that have historically happened in communities to allow communities to really police themselves.
