PASIG CITY,  March 10  – The Global Teaching InSights (GTI), an Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) platform, recognized a public school teacher from the Philippines for her initiative called Project I Commit to Global Citizenship Education through Online Newspaper (PIGEON).
Master Teacher II Noemi Baysa from Malabon National High School introduced PIGEON to the Schools Division of Malabon to empower youth knowledge on local, national, and global issues through online publication.
In the video released by the GTI, Teacher Baysa shared the purpose and goals of the PIGEON, including achieving sustainable development.
