IT major TCS will encourage employees to join offices by the end of calendar year 2021. At present, about 5 per cent of the IT major s associates are working from offices.
India’s largest IT services provider by revenue, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has asked staff to return to their “deputed location (base branch)” by November 15, in an indication that it is preparing employees in the country to start working from offices.
