Jazz to digitally transform over 1600 TCF schools nationwide - ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Jazz, Pakistan’s number one 4G operator and the largest internet and broadband service provider, has collaborated with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) to digitally transform 1,652 TCF schools, positively impacting over 266,000 students across Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Jazz will also assist in replacing aging tablets and mobile phones that run TCF’s existing School Management Application allowing principals to collect data more efficiently. Spanning a period of three years, this collaboration will introduce a blended learning curriculum, revamp of computer labs, and a digital school management system. By revamping the existing computer labs and installing 500 battery-powered audio-visual rooms, TCF will introduce a new, cutting-edge digital literacy curriculum designed for blended learning. ....
Buckle & Seam joins hands with The Citizens Foundation to Support education for less privileged - ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Buckle and Seam, a Germany-based company manufacturing premium leather goods in Pakistan, has joined hands with The Citizens Foundation (TCF), one of the largest privately-owned networks of low-cost formal schools in Pakistan, to provide education to the less privileged children. Under the partnership, Buckle and Seam will be supporting the cost of four TCF schools located in the most poverty-stricken neighborhoods of Pakistan. Earlier in October, the team from Buckle and Seam visited one of the TCF schools being supported by the company in Taiser Town, where they met with TCF students and staff and learned more about TCF’s mission to create agents of positive change through quality education. ....
