Police were also called to a woman causing a disturbance at a supermarket in Herne Bay at around 7pm on Friday. She was offered a mask but refused to wear it and became aggressive - leading to her being fined for behaving antisocially. In Folkestone, another woman was fined at 1am on Saturday after admitting she had tested positive for Covid-19 three days earlier and should have been self-isolating.
