Charges: Driver pulled alongside, shot at motorist on I-35 The man is charged with second-degree assault. Author: A Cottage Grove man is accused of shooting at another vehicle as he drove on Interstate 35 in Lakeville earlier this week. Joshua Taylor Keenan, 26, of Cottage Grove, was charged May 13 in Dakota County with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon in connection to the May 11 incident. According to the criminal complaint, a man reported to the Minnesota State Patrol that a driver of a Volkswagen Jetta shot at him as they drove north on Interstate 35 in Lakeville on May 11. Using freeway cameras, state troopers located the vehicles involved and had the victim exit the freeway and wait for the State Patrol, charges state. The victim was obviously shaken. ....

Despite this, fifteen musicians from Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley pushed themselves in the one and only competition available to them this year.
