Three teenagers are dead including twin brothers. Da lin has what went wrong. Reporter chp investigators are investigating how a car lost control and ended up hitting this tree. Three teenagers were trapped and died in the car. Chp says a boy and a girl rejected it. The victims family members confirm the 16yearold twins died in the crash.
