Doing focus groups for the last three years trying to understand what was going on with voters inside my own party, and one of the things i learned was that voters had reservations about donald trump, especially women, even if they voted for him. They did not like him, and a lot of their 2016 vote had more to do with disliking Hillary Clinton than liking donald trump. Today the subcommittee needs to receive the testimony from deputy secretary of defense David Norquist concerning the department of defense as 2018 and 2019 audit. Last year when he was serving as the dod comptroller secretary norquist completed the first dod audit ever. Soon thereafter secretary norquist was nominated and then confirmed as eckert deputy secretary of defense with Overwhelming Senate support from both sides of the aisle.
