Theodore Andrew Tashane Williams and Theodore Andrew have both been accused of the rape of a 12-year-old minor. The incident reportedly dates back to Friday, March 26 in Belize City when Andrew allegedly raped the minor and even went as far as recording the incident on video. As a result, Williams has been charged with a count of attempted rape while Andrew has been charged with rape and sexual assault. The men were arraigned on these charges and within days, were back in the Supreme Court where they were offered bail by Justice Herbert Lord. They were granted bail of $10,000 and among their conditions are to report to the police station three times a week, not communicate with the victim, nor go within 100 yards of her. They are due back in court on June 12. ....
