A popular Northern Virginia-based French and Italian-inspired interior design and gift store announced that it is planning to reopen a retail location in Leesburg.
Brick and Mortar Mercantile will be Ben and Tara Wegdam's fourth store in Carytown, joining Zest Clothing & Co., Lou Lou Boutiques and Crème de la Crème.
