Tape Deck Mountain formed in San Diego in 2008, when the BlackBerry was the phone of choice and scrappy punk-pop duos like No Age and Wavves were all the rage. The mantra then, remembers singer-songwriter-guitarist Travis Trevisan with a laugh: âWho needs a bassist when youâve got a Line 6 Delay Modeler?â

Ghost, Tape Deck Mountainâs â09 debut with original drummer Paul Remund. âI was just writing lyrics in a journal, waiting around for the guy from [San Diego club] The Casbah to leave a message on the answering machine at my parentsâ house telling me he got my demo,â he tells me. Heâs taking a break from doing yard work at his place in South Inglewood â thatâs East Nashville, not Los Angeles â on a recent Sunday afternoon.

Over the past few years, streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music have revolutionised the way we listen to music. According to recent figures published by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), streaming, both ad-supported and subscription-based, accounted for 83% of music industry revenues in the US last year, up from less than 10% in 2010.

Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War dataminers have revealed the first set of Mastercraft weapons.
Mastercrafts, which return from Treyarch s Black Ops 4, are over-the-top weapon skins that transform a gun into something more. They re entirely cosmetic, so don t offer a gameplay advantage, but they sure do stand out.
Activision had teased their arrival earlier in December, but only now do we see what these guns actually look like.
COD Tracker now has listings for the store bundles these mastercrafts will be sold in. The Rocket Science mastercraft bundle, which will set you back 2400 COD Points (£16.79), includes the ICBRifle skin for the AK-47. This gun has a miniature ICBM on top of it. The weapon inspect animation sees the rockets fire, with the gun almost taking off. Cute little thing!
